Lovely words from a lovely woman.
I saw you today on the Moment Zoominar- it was wonderful and you are wonderful. Can't wait to hear you again soon!
A rare website that reflects the beauty and depth and breadth of it's namesake!
I got a copy of Aimee's book just before we went to Vienna in february 2020. Last minute trip before corona. Because of the book and Aimee's stories that i have heard before, we've visited Jewish center and museum - a fascinating insight into Viennise jewish community before second world war, the International Exhibition held at Vienna called "remembering the century”: not only century of violence, of displacement, of genocide that Jews were increasingly subjected to. But also their life before that: a life full of joy, art, studies, successful businesses, music and LOVE of cause.
Aimee and Teo Bikel opened my eyes to a new chapter, to look at Vienna, Prague, Krakov... with an eye of little Jewish child who enjoyed and lived his life in these streets of ''the city of Light ''
Good luck with your writing and public speeches
Mazal tov for your New Website
What a wonderful website, reflecting the many facets of Aimee Ginsburg Bikel, the same way the facets of an amethyst reflect the glimmer of light shone upon them. So much to be reminded of, and so many new things I hadn't known before!
Aimee, you are a person of many parts! And your website beautifully reflects your many-faceted interests: journalism, India, public speaking, and of course Theodore Bikel. Wishing you many opportunities to share your experiences and insights with audiences near and far.
Hello Aimee! This is truly a wonderful website and I wish you the best of luck. As you know I have been an avid reader of all of your writings and I hope you will come back to India and write more for us. Or, write about the US and send it back to us: would love to get your take on American Life in these times. All the best, Mahesh
Mazal Tov and I will always love reading you. Your columns from India were life-changing for me and for many people who followed you to there- at least in our imagination. Maybe a column from LA? Although not quite as exotic!
Beautiful website and beautiful soul! Love what you are doing for all of us and for Theo’s legacy!!
What a beautiful website, it captures so much about you and your work; important, essential, true and as wide in spirit as the world you have lived everywhere in. Don't stop seeing and saying, we need you more than ever!
